welcome to the un-united mis-states of everywhere ran by the money power simplexz and the cops who do their bidding
I was arrested recently and detained overnight. While my fingerprints where being taken I asked the officer where my prints would be stored. “A national database” was his response. Looking at the National Crime Information Center guidelines you’ll see item B1 under section “Categories of individuals covered by the system:” “B. Individuals who have been charged with serious and/or significant offenses:
1. Individuals who have been fingerprinted and whose criminal history
record information has been obtained.”
If I am reading that right, even if charges are dropped, your information is kept in the database. I need to study this further to more detail than that.
