					<description>Good report but it failed to clear up one of the biggest puzzles of the western media's reports.  We hear that the area is pro Russian civilians and that the civilians are being killed and terrorized by Russian bombings including cluster bombs.  Really?  Why does no-one explain why Russia would attack a pro Russian population?  Are they just picking out pro Georgian civilians with cluster bombs?</description>
