Iran has slammed the US media for what it has called ‘attempts to link Iran to the terrorist attacks in Iraq.’
The official IRNA news agency has reported a speech from foreign ministry spokesman, Mohammad-Ali Hosseini, in which he says the Americans have given refuge to the terrorist Mujahideen Khalq Organization on one hand, while falsely linking Iran to the terrorist bombings in Iraq.
He called US media reports ‘desperate attempts to sow the seed of discord between Iran and Iraq’ and to ‘justify its occupation of the country.’
Hosseini also condemned the recent terrorist attacks in Baghdad, and refuted allegation by US media that Iran had helped the terrorists carry out the attacks.
He said the desperate efforts by US media failed to undermine the firm relations between Iranians and Iraqis.

Can’t blame the Iranians most of our so-called journalists are in bed with the corperate government. Those that are not have narrow paths to walk.
Too bad the Iranians are drinking their own Kool Aid.
