As to the issue at hand, I have no specific opinion because I did not hear the broadcast. However, in the past seven years, I have learned not to take items spoken by White House at face value,,because so often I have learned to discount the spoken word as not necessarily to be true, so that I tend to discount White House statements which seem more opinonated than factual.

This is something new, the Peafowl telling the truth. I fear it is a passing event but note worthy

That's a laugh. The bullies at the White House who customarily doctor documents of all sorts on a regular basis now whine and complain because a news organization has dared to paraphrase the comments of the oval office moron they seek to protect.
This incident is hardly the first. We have seen the neocon bullies cry like babies before when their treatments are applied to them. Check out the infantile wailing cries of Fox News' O'Reilly recently because Olbermann of MSNBC told him the truth about himself.
