The people who have power, are the same people who have always had power. This has not changed in Washington for at least a 100 years.

It has become so ingrained with time, it's now considered normal.Common people can't see it.For them ,nothing is out of the ordinary.

This is the same technique a predator uses to approach it's prey.

The people who truely run this world see you and I as cattle to be herded, milked, and slaughtered.

This should stop.

Watching the horror spread. People I love are broken after a life time of saving. They never played the market they went along with their money market people. Who misrepresented, lied, and cheated millions out of trillions.
Mother in law worked forty five years for US West only to have the pension fund gutted. She lives a bitter life. Her boss is appealing his conviction, we will not be surprised when he buys his way out.
Another family member worked his time with Marriott and as he is retiring this year they gave him the gift of losing fifty percent of his retirment fund.
We the press knew it was a crap game and rigged one at that yet most kept their mouths shut.
We do not hear the voices of the broken instead we hear those ever glossy politicians offering to be a pretty face in D.C.
We watch the cockroaches rearranging their seats in the life boat they call the House of Representatives. Most of all we are watching the old roaches scuttling off to enjoy spending our money.

Mr. Schechter is here as usual a master of understatement. A colossal crime, a misjudgment, a failure of monitoring and oversight, a denial and general postmodernist reality ignoring of this magnitude cannot go unnoticed. But, if those publicly charged with responsibility for "public--interest activity" use that mandate instead to ignore the individuals' rights destroyed and obilterated here by public-corporate betrayers of trust, of ethical actions and of common sense --let alone ofeconomic science--that means that we are being abandoned. And that we have no judicial recourse, no rights that matter; we then exist in the fantasies of power-grabbing antithisworldists as merely "consumers" of public corporate totaliatarian unrealism and criminal law-making dictatorship.
Think about it: if we're not consuming, we're not even visible on the radar being used as a dark lens through which these 'tsars' refuse to view the real world. Its arrogant power-grabbing financial-governmental tsars who've already stolen 85--90% of the money and power in this former republic
will not admit that stupid incompetent unrealists caused the problem. The problem afflicting us.
What Mr. Schechter said here with uncommon candor and humility rings true here--the problem is huge; it is a massive crime wave; those complicit in it, the Bush Administration, are refusing to do anything about the underlying collectivistic bossism by gatekeepet tsars that renders the US all-but-uninhabitable to honest, hard-working realists; and that therefore the problem is a huge theft, one that as to be addressed along with the harm done to individual selves. This is not supposed to be a bailout of crime rings calling themselves financial institution; there are no companies in the US--they're all government-licensed corporate wrongdoers, god-players and thieves. So, unless one addresses the meltdown of the Fed's pretense that we haven't returned to bad-old Republican roaring 20's low-margin, hand the money to CEO pretenders gangasterism--then nothing is being done that will do more than bandaid the Titanic once again. Thank you Mr. Schechter, for the real story; the one right-wing press hacks and pro-imperial- presidency apologists are too dishonest, too stupid or too brainwashed to tell us.

Go after the bastards that created the mess, not me.
