thankyou, Please everyone see the Global Warming Swindle, on YouTube, be patient, 8 parts, Open mind. Reminds me of the 2YK problem that was never a problem, just a way to inject money into the Global Technical Consumer MKT. I remember a interview with a African Women kneeling in the dry dirt,BBC, translater asks, What do you think of Global Warming, ¨She Says this, loud and clear, WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ABOUT THE SUN, THE SUN!In the middle of African drought, an uneducated soul speaks the truth. 95% of our Solar System is the Sun, therefore the name Solar System.

I like the discussion, something might come out of the solar theory, as dialogue enriches knowledge. So it's more than journalism. It's also a rule of epistemiology no to ignore the other side of the argument, until transformation (synthesis).

So far the role of solar thermo-magnetic phenomena has been considered to have direct influence more on earth/Ocean surface Temperature, not on that of the atmosphere (But global warming and the industrial coinage, the green house effect, is rise in Atmospheric Temperature).

But Mankind will not disapppear tomorrow, so give the other side chance to develop their theory, and show the surface heating solar fluxes affect not only cyclic global climatic changes like El-Nino or ENSO, but, also the gase content of our stratosphere (mainly increasing methane & Co2 content and decrease that of Ozone, all of which are unduely excess industrial adverse effect).

With regards to both sides,
Tesfaye Mengesha.

Science deals with fact. Emotion is part of psychology an art. Conclusions are open to change or we'd be living on a flat earth in the minds of the masses.
Something is happening with the climate that is true. This something might well be caused by human waste, we are fouling the nest and have been for at least a couple of hundred thousand years. Ought we to do nothing while the stuff piles up and covers us?
Yet there is this witch hunt mentality when it comes to the cause and where do we go now. Idiot non science on the part of the carbon traders and the earth muffins does not bode well for planet and other living things.

It is grossly irresponsible of the BBC (one expects such folly from the lesser media cited) to let itself be persuaded that, on the subject of climate change, impartiality involves broadcasting the views of the fruitbats. That in fact represents a major display of journalistic bias.

What next? We should give "news" time to those who believe the earth is flat?

Bob Ward says that broadcasters "do not deserve all of the blame" for the fact that "According to an Ipsos MORI opinion poll last summer, 56 per cent of people mistakenly tended to agree or strongly agree with the statement that 'many leading experts still question if human activity is contributing to climate change'." I'm afraid I have to disagree with him. Through giving in to the influence of extremist pressure groups the broadcasters are permitting a major corruption of science in the public mind. The history books -- if there are any -- will not be kind to them.
