In response to Phyllis, the previous responder, I would like to explain that it is not that Hillary is a woman that makes her so repulsive to us, it is the fact that she is so unlikeable and carries too much baggage. Evidently not many people like the thought of Bill being loose on the world stage causing the U.S. further embarrassment. On the subject of NY Times endorsing Hillary, our local paper is owned by the NY Times and which ever candidate they endorse looses about 90% of the time. It just shows how out of touch the NY Times is with the general public. We are just tired of the Times giving biased opinions instead just reporting the news. Their subscribers shrink every year so it looks like they could figure it out.

I'll just bet that the 2 responses alluded to above were written by men. I wish somebody could help me understand why white men are so afraid of a strong, intelligent woman like Hillary. White Republican and Independent men are crawling out of the woodwork to vote for Obama in an effort to keep from having Hillary declared the nominee for the Democrats. Those men will vote for a Republican in November - but they're finished!! I don't believe the Republicans will win the presidency - nor should they after the disasters they have foisted on us for the past 7 years.

It is of course possible to both respect and like an individual because of his intelligence and the cogency of his arguments while disagreeing with his conclusions. For me that is so with Paul Krugman, whom I greatly respect, but regret that he does not seem to understand the essential importance of Obama's inspirational charisma. But then Kennedy had it and look where it got him...

The only person who would complain about a "cult of personality" would be someone who has no personality.

Hillary Clinton is not only an AIPAC pawn, she is also as boring as hell.
