Could this be usual American battle field racism? If Afghans and Iraqis are finding the impalpable truths soon their Western colleagues might find these same leads and be shot like that Italian who murdered on the way to the airport? Do we allow the truth to be told or are we to be protected by torturers? The press must speak up strongly and often and fight like hell for the right to report.
