Oh Lord!!!
What a pile of dodo , many think gore is an idiot , but no, he is for him and making a fortune on the scam.
Ya lets make our goto guy a rockstar!!
Don’t listen to the sience or the facts
Let’s just rockout and make gore rich.
The writer above cannot see that he/she has bought into a malicious campaign to discredit Al Gore AT THE PERIL, I might add, of missing the point. The science is indisputable–WE ARE WARMING THE PLANET AND THERE WILL BE TERRIBLE CONSEQUENCES. The question is … what to do with the morons that stand rigidly on their preconceptions of Al Gore or their favorite political hacks? What penalty should these people pay for standing in the way of salvaging our planet? Let your imagination run wild, but in the end we must bring them to understand that sometimes, under some circumstances, being an idiot is not acceptable!
The evidence regarding both global poverty and the climate crisis is clear and overwhelming. Humanity will ignore either or both at its peril. Poverty is driving violent extremism all over the globe. The climate crisis will not only change the eco balance around the planet, but it will also ignite any number of wars as people from the USA to Asia will fight for drinking water. Mr. Gore did not have to get involved in any of this. Sure he has made some money, but he has also donated a tremendous amount of it to the cause. Wise up folks. The clock is ticking and there are no simplistic TV solutions to these problems.
The consequences of climate change will not only cause irreparable damage to flora and fauna diversity, it will open up new opportunities for the Planet Rapers and resource speculators, this is why they are so vocal in their climate change denying, they have so much to lose. All power to Al and Bono in their crusade to convert the skeptics to the scientific facts about climate change.
Drinking water, waste water treatment, Schools, Sidewalks, Bike trails, Hospitals, Rapid mass transit, Roads, Bridges. Planting trees, buying local. What’s to talk about? Wind energy investment is the future for our children. We need to get to work.
