CNN should be embarrassed for being caught using democrats posing for republicans. The mainstream media probably won’t make an issue out of it but if the republicans have any intelligence, they won’t agree to more CNN debates since this one was fixed. The gay military guy has been on CNN before as a democrat and others posing questions are known democrats posing as republicans. The whole mess just takes a little more of CNN’s credibility away when they don’t have any credibility to spare.
Yeah but Roy, regardless of Kerr’s association with Hillary or the Democratic party (and regardless of the girl who asked about a penalty for abortion being an Edwards supporter), those were both perfectly legitimate questions to be asked of the Republican candidates, no? They might as well face SOME tough questions after spending most of the night just seeing who hated Mexicans the most. And the GOP Youtube debate was far less hostile to the candidates than the Democratic one. In Charleston, the Dems had to answer challenging questions that I’m sure Republicans would be asking, like “are you going to raise my taxes like Dems always do?” or that nut cradling his “baby” assault rifle, or a guy challenging them about “pulling out” of Iraq too soon. CNN lobbed the GOP softballs, and they looked ridiculous swinging at most of them.
