There are only two things left that, if the Bush administration is able to do, will mean the coup is complete and our government has been completely and permanently overthrown. Those two things are the power of unsupervised surveillance and control of the internet. Once it has gained those last two things, we will never know the truth, and if we do know it, we will be too afraid to say so. I'd take a monarchy any day over a dictatorship parading in the guise of democracy.

When watching CBC news, we should remember that "senior correspondent" Brian Stewart is Conrad Black's "best friend" and that the new boss of CBC news is John Cruickshank, also one of Conrad Black's boys.
