Maybe there’s hope for Wolf after all . . .
Michael Moore is finally falling apart, as he should. He is a leftest with communistic tendencies. Sicko is a more-than adequate self description.
Bravo for Michael Moore! Thanks to CNN for having the courage to finally air an interview that justly criticizes the media’s coverage of the Iraq war and of the film Sicko. The left is actually the center of American politics. Corporations and their apologists would have us believe otherwise, but that is simply not the case. Americans hold liberal values to be essential to the traditions we work to uphold–the separation of church and state, a media that actually presents a balanced view, that asks questions of spokespersons from multiple perspectives and not just the corporate view. We need more courageous people like Michael Moore!
wouldn’t it be nice if CNN would learn something from this whole exchange–eg that they have not been reporting the news, but acting as cheerleaders for the establishment, and some people aren’t being fooled.
Way to go, Michael. You are becoming a serious spokesman for Progressive ideas. about time we had one. Live long and prosper!
when will Sicko be opening up to the world, waiting to see it here in Australia, hate to be sick in the US of A
Gupta doesn’t know much about the Canadian healthcare system or its history. He ought to check that before he speaks out the next time.
I find it amazing that Dr. Gupta, a renowned physician and journalist, would adamantly and so forcefully present wrong information - probably all in name of preserving his path to riches which he desperately wants to maintain. He can blame someone else for the errors in facts and figures if he wants to, but we all know it’s ultimately his or CNN’s responsibility to hire competent transcribers. Why would a researcher at Vanderbilt use 2004 facts and figures when 2007 information is available? Perhaps to better prove Michael Moore wrong? Gupta’s argument seems so desperate. He’s made millions already. What is he so afraid of? One thing for sure…he certainly is a master at spinning.
