Radio That Moves Africa
In Burundi, radio is more popular than newspapers and TV. In neighboring Rwanda it was radio journalism that helped direct the Tutsi slaughter. For these reasons, Burundi's collaborative Studio Ijambo is among Africa's crucial broadcast outposts.
