Bio

Stefaan G. Verhulst, co-director of the Programme in Comparative Media Law and Policy (http://pcmlp.socleg.ox.ac.uk) at the University of Oxford. Was a lecturer on communications law and policy issues in Belgium before becoming founder and co-director of the International Media and info-comms Policy and Law Studies at the School of Law, University of Glasgow. He has served and serves as consultant and researcher for numerous organizations including the Council of Europe, European Commission and UNESCO. He recently became Chairholder--together with Monroe Price--of the UNESCO Chair in Communications Law.
